SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

When ordering by mail please include the freight charge with your payment.  Payment by personal check may delay your order.  Money order or credit cards are preferred.  Phone or fax orders must be paid by credit cards.  We ship VIA U.P.S. ground and can't ship to post office boxes through UPS.  Orders shipped to post office boxes are subject to different shipping charges.  Shipping charge is $9.50 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.  If we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii add an additional $7.00 for shipping.

RETURN POLICIES

For returns you must call customer service for a return authorization number.  Returns without this will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.  All returns must have all tags still attached and be unworn unless it is because of faulty workmanship.  You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return authorization number.  Due to state regulations we can not ship outside the United States.
